1 · Introduction

Madless (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides modular business-software services (the “Services”) via madless.com and any related sub-domains (collectively, the “Site”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 · Acceptance of Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
• If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

3 · Services

We continually improve and update Madless. Features may change, be added or removed at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of material changes.

4 · Accounts & Security

• You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure credentials.

5 · Fees & Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Service.

6 · Intellectual Property

All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights in the Site and Services remain our sole property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your internal business purposes only.

7 · Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

8 · Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
